When you use AI video creation tools, you may choose photos or text prompts from your device. We process the selected content only to generate the AI video or template result you request.

We may collect basic technical and usage information, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, feature usage, crash data, and approximate diagnostics needed to maintain and improve the App.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain Narsu and its video generation features;
- Process selected photos, clips, and prompts to generate requested outputs;
- Improve stability, performance, generation quality, templates, and user experience;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you;

4. AI Processing
Narsu may process your selected content through cloud-based AI services to create outputs from photos, prompts, and available creative templates.
You should only upload content that you own or have permission to use, including permission from people appearing in photos or videos where required.
5. Sharing
We may share information needed to deliver the service with service providers that help us operate hosting, AI processing, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, and payment-related services. Firebase services may process app analytics, crash diagnostics, configuration requests, and push notification tokens.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain app safety and reliability.
7. Children
Users must meet the age requirements that apply to them and to the app’s store listing. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us for assistance.
8. Your Choices
You can choose not to upload photos, videos, or prompts. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance where applicable law provides such rights.
